Hey i have a question about the cats. I have flowmasters sereis 40 on my 86 GT. It sounds nice but i know the cats are restrictive and would sound better with an off-road h-pipe r something. But i hera about ppl cutting out the cats or somthing i dunno what wouls you suggest

Thanks for all the input, i think i'm gonna go with some 40 series. right now i have the american thunder i think, somethin like that. wanna stick with the sound of flows. </P>

I need to try n find a slightly used ( almost new off-road h-pipe cause i cant afford a new one right now im 17 with no job kinda low budget

95redgt, dude you already have 40 series. the american thunder cat-back is the 40 series mufflers. unless their deltaflow.

yupp. i have the same cat-back so lol. wouldnt change for anything. when my buddy revs the engine and im standing behind it, it hurts my ears. i can hear the cam rumble.lol
