Mini tubes?
Are you talking about mini tubs? If so then other than having to cut into the interior panels and not being able to retain the back seat then yes it can look stock. If having no back seat and cut panels look stock.

There is a article in the June 2008 issue of 5.0 mustang magazine that shows how to fit 315/35ZR-17 under stock conditions without mini tubs, shorten axle, etc.. Just a side thought in case you don't want all the heavy work.

Lucky for me, the SN95s fit 315s without tubs, I would just love to step it up with coilovers and 18s

I am going to get a set of pony r's but I don't know if I am going to get some 315's. It would be nice but I like my tail pipes and that is just more money in tire than I want to really spend lol.

Glad i could help.. for some reason i remember almost everything i have read in those magazines.

I currently have stock pony's that i painted black due to how bad condition they were in.
I am trying to decide if i want to do the 5 lug conversion and get the rims and tire package or just keep the 4 lug set up. The rims i am going to get come both ways.

Is there any gain except more rim options of having 5 lug vrs 4 lugs?
