youll pop regular gasket's in a heart beat with even low boost.
ive seen alot of turboed car's make around 400hp with 8psi.
if it where me, id start with 8psi, and move on up.
id be more likely to set it to a low PSI, have fun with it for a few mth's, and then bump it up 2psi and do that same thing untill your startting to hit the danger zone.
i wouldent go over 500hp if you plan on having the motor to long thats just my opinon though.

that t72 will make enough power to crack the block with no problems so keep the power and tune in check. you need 42 at a minimum. If you ever get a good block and want to move up with that turbo you are gone to need much bigger. I run 83s with our 80mm turbo and its a street car. and yes you will need a big pump. a 255 should work as long as you keep the boost down. But once again that turbo will need much more if you get the boost up. The turbo might be a bit out of its efficiency range also keeping the boost to low you should get a map and plot it out.
