Default HELP

I just got my 90 and im having trouble fouling the plugs. Its done it twice now and both times were when the engine was moderately cold still after start up. Its got the afr heads and the holly systemax intake. Ive only drove it a couple of times and the time i let it warm up about 15 minutes nothing went wrong.

30# injectors with adj fuel regulator. it didnt do this if i let it warm up real good but it just seems off to me that it would pop the plugs that fast. it has nos but i havent used it. plugs i pulled out of the afr heads were autolite 3923. the fuel pressure on the gauge says 35 when its running. IDK what the hells going on..... and from what the guy told me i bought it from it is a stock lower end.
