Default Rear Control Arm Bushings

I have been looking at new rear control arm bushings and latemodel sells both round and oval poly urethane bushings. What would be better to get? Mainly for street driving but you know for the occasional track too. Using these on top of boxing my control arms should help plant that power to the ground.

don't use poly bushings on the axle side. i just bought new ford bushings. and you may want to buy the install tool from mm if doing this, makes it 1000000x's easier.

Is it the body side then? I can't remember which. I know I have heard good things about FRPP upper control arms.

Causes binding and thus can cause bad wheel hop

Again what about the difference between the oval and round rear lower control arm bushings? Which is better for what?

From what I have seen sphericals can be a bit noisy but are used on both ends on the uppers. It depends on the brand. But since I am gonna stay with the stockers for now I guess just new ones from ford for both ends will work great? Then polys for the lowers.
