Question ROUGH IDLE

I post a couple of months ago about my rough idle problem, I have since changed the ACT, TPS,IAC cleaned TB cleaned injectors and my fuel pressure is 30 PSI does anyone have any suggestions???? and also cleaned the MAF

check for vaccum leaks and make sure all cylinders have proper compression

no vac leaks but I havent checked the compression wat should the compression be?

If there is an egr valve on the car make sure it's working correctly and not sticking open. There should be no vacuum going to it at idle. The f/p should be set around 39psi.

yes that works correctly, and I was told when car is running it should be 30, and when koeo it should be 35-45psi

30psi is too low while running at idle. How does the car run otherwise under cruise and load conditions?

It runs good when driving or hitting the throttle its just the idle thats jacked up it is really irritating the **** out of me
