I don't know how your shifter is set up, but from the one I've seen, they have an adjustment bolt where the shift lever is supposed to go into gear. Make sure that this bolt is not out too far and not letting your car shift into gear. When I had my steeda tri-ax put in, it did the same thing right after I test drove it and it was because the bolts were loose and werent letting the shift lever go far enough in to gear to engage. Give it a shot.

im pretty sure they are adjusted right, and it works fine whe driving normal but when hard shifting it grinds .

and like i dont even let the clutch out.. when the clutch is in and i jam it to third, it grinds and doesnt go in gear or grinds when going in. like its grinding while the clutch is in.

i had the exact same thing on my third gear, i never figured out what it was, i replaced the clutch and tried to adjust the quadrant but nothing worked it finally took a **** and replaced it but the one i got was out of a chp mustang and works fine. The gears are way different but i cant down shift from 5 to 4th gear, i have to go to 3rd with clutch still pressed then go to 4th thats weird.
