Default Newbie needs help

Let me just apologize first if this gets a little long. So here is my question(s), I was given an 89 lx 5.0 that has an 02 force supercharger system, and a cobra lower/upper intake, aftermarket headers, 255lph fuel pump, and some other basic mods (plugs, wires, etc). I believe the supercharger is running 6psi, so do I need to worry about upgrading my injectors/MAF and if so, do I need to get an EEC tuner to adjust for the modifications, or can the stock computer manage? I basically want this car to run without having to worry about leaning it out. I would like this combo to work while I save my pennies for a motor swap. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Welcome! ...need to know more details on your current set-up! The mass-air set-up on your car is fine, I still might consider 24# injectors and maybe a tune, but need to know your complete set-up...

Basically this car is a stock 5.0 that had the supercharger kit thrown on it. Nothing else has been done to the motor other than what's already been disclosed. Has stock ignition system other than the 9mm wires and colder plugs. Majority of work was done to the suspension on this car. Sorry, not sure what else you need?

it wouldn't be a bad idea to throw it on a dyno and have the a/f monitored at, while at WOT

definitely need 24lb injectors, and possibly bigger MAF and throttle body, make sure the MAF is calibrated for 24lb injectors, used to have a 90 with a procharger 9lb boost intercooled and that is what i needed to run decent

if you are running on stock injectors at least get an FMU while you save you money as you stated. otherwise i wouldnt go WOT boosted on stock fuel system.

ideal would be. larger MAF, 42lbs injectors, 255 fuel pump and take her down to the dyno shop
