Default Oil Filter Relocation Kit

Does anyone know of a good oil filter relocation kit for the 302? I have an '84 mustang and I hate getting oil all over the place under car. I just have to clean it up and thats a pain. I found one on Jegs for $60 but it said universal. Will that work for my application? Any suggestions would be most appreciated, thanks for your help in advance.

last question, can I mount the oil filter so it points straight up on the inner fender well? will there be any leaking or any problems with the oil pumping straight up? thanks again guys

I think mounting it straight up will put more strain on the oil pump because it has to pump the oil up through the filter.

Just mount it wherever you have room and are able to access it fairly easy and yes, aim it straight down.

are you serious, that is the stupidest way you could possibly mount it. it wont leak or strain the pump but as soon as you do an oil change, when you start threading the filter off, all the oil in the filter will dump out all over your hard and your driveway. also, its a smart idea to put some oil in the filter when doing an oil change so the first start up isnt dry. with the oil filter mounted with the opening facing down, this would be impossible.

here is mine
