Default vortech question

I have a 90 lx 5.0 and i am getting the vortech kit from summit racing http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

The kit comes with a FMU, I am thinking of getting 30lb injectors, and maf to match, and 255lph pump.
If i run that setup will i need to run the FMU?
Do you think the 30lb injectors will be enough.
this kit is the low boost 5-6psi. and will run it that way for probly a while, untill more money is avalible.

I don't care for FMU's. I run a regulator and let it raise the fuel psi witht the boost. 5-6 psi is pretty low, so I think the 30 lbers would be fine.

With the 255lb/hr and and injectors you will be fine. Wouldnt be a bad idea to bump up to 42 lb. injectors though.

Just make sure you use a boost referenced pressure regulator. Bosch is the best one. 30lb with no FMU is what I am running with a 255 and an external pump as well. I am running 10lbs of boost that is why I am running the 2nd pump.
