Is your battery at full charge? Is the charging system working like it should? Was your radio working before, and then started messing up? Did you cluster just start messing up? How do you know the cluster is not working? Have you changed anything electrical out recently?

See where i'm going with this? Give a little more info....

In that case i would get new gauges.. When it comes to oil pressure IMO i want to know exactly what PSI i'm at, instead of a percentage.. I would put a factory cluster back in it, and get good aftermarket temp, oil pressure, and fuel pressure gauges.. But thats just my opinion..

you don't have factory gauges therefore we can't help you, what you need to do is find a owners manual by going to the site and or manufactorer of the cluster
