The only place you should be using locktite INSIDE an engine, is on the cam sprocket capscrew, and that's it. External, yeah flywheel's not a bad idea.

Cam thrust plate bolts (mine backed out and broke on me and my plate broke)
Starter bolts (backed out and broke my starter from its weight)
Flywheel/flexplate bolts (..........no problems there....... lol....)
