Fuel pressure

I hate efi and am getting very frustrated, this question was probably asked before but I used the search and couldnt find it so...
How do you adjust your fuel pressure on an efi 86 speed density car?

you need an adjustable reg to adjust it

what is it at idle w/ the vac off ?? should be 42, then drop to about about 36 w/ the vac tube on
