i was driving down the road when my car bucked and stalled i check my fuel press guage no pressure after hours on hte side of the road with a test light i tried and tried but couldn't figure it out, when i jump the pump relay under the seat i get pressure so i believe my problem is my ecc relay but i cannot find it, i found the relay under the maf on the inside 1/4 panel is that it? the colors of hte wires dont seem to line up with that relay and my diagram
im frustrated and confused please help

 

sooo it runs when you bypass the relay under the seat? that is the FP relay

 

the ecm controls the ground for the fp relay under the seat as long as ecm sees PIP sent to ecm by tfi then it grounds the relay windings, you may have a bad fp relay as long as you have the proper inputs to relay you can test it with leads and a dvom

 

new fp relay and eec relay and no luck im not getting power into my eec relay from the black and orange wire and the fusible link is good time to find the broken wire my favorite mustang game!
