Default Power/Shift problem

In my 95 gt ive been having some problems like the tranny shifting way to early and its lugging the motor, but then it works correctly when in want to. When i drive it and it shifts into a higher gear, the rpm starts to drop while im giving it gas, nothing works until i push it to the floor to drop into a lower gear, but then it seems like there no power when it shifts. Theres no check engine light on. Its got the AODE Electronic four speed w/overdrive. The transmission fluid, filter, and gasket have been changed. The neutral safety switch and throttle position sensor have been replaced, they were fried when i got the car. Any suggestions?

Did you ever resolve this issue? Similar problem with an AOD.
Thanks
