ive been lookin for a c4 for my 306 out of my 89 mustang. i placed an ad and someone responded with a c4 out of an 88 turbo coupe. My question is.... obviously the bell housings are are interchangeable and not a problem but i want to make sure the input shaft on the front of the tranny will either fit , or is interchangeable........ thanks

 

Yes it will work. I don't think TC came with a c4 stock so you might want to check what year the trans is but you should be ok.
