if its not one thing its another with my 90 gt i put a new solenoid in because it was acting up and then after i did that it won't start i usually can hear the fuel pump come on but i can barely hear it and the lights just dim and i even put the old solenoid back in and it did the same thing also there is a relay on the solenoid is that for the fuel pump?

shouldn't be a relay on it. 2 large posts and 1 small post. thats it.
sounds like you have a bad connection/wire somewhere. check battery connections and grounds.

yea i checked all the connections and cleaned all the terminals and i can hear the fuel pump trying to come on but its almost like its not getting enough power and its not getting any fuel because it wont start . and it started this morning then all this started because i changed the solenoid because it has been acting up
