Default head Gaskets

I have an 89 5.0 that i put a supercharger on. I had it tuned, and ran it for a while, i had the milkshake looking oil so i changed the head gaskets and intake gaskets. When i did this i also did an a/c delete. Now it seems like it runs 200 rpm faster than it did before. Does the a/c mean that much? I guess im going to try and get a retune.

Removing the a/c should have nothing to do w/ idle speed.

You need to be more specific about the problem. First you say it idles 200 rpms higher, now you say it doesn't run the same. If it's just the idle, try adjusting the mechanical adjustment screw on the t/b. What rpm does it idle at?

It idles at 1100 right now and used to idle at 900. I hope i didnt throw my tune off. It actually doesnt run too bad though. if i do turn my distributor it doesnt change the idle. I wonder if i really messed up my timing/ afr

have you checked for vacuum leaks. with removing the intake those gaskets can get tricky.

oh dear god man...

set your distributor timing (with a timing light) to 10° BTDC
perform a base idle reset
allow car to relearn KAM by driving GENTLY for a hundred miles or so..

What is a base idle reset? I dont know what the timing was before it was tuned. The car had nitrous before and i guess the timing must have been retarded. Should i still go to 10 degrees btdc?
