so why didn't you say so?????........sounds like a common budget build alot on here do and which if the case, will yield 270-280 rwhp with the proper supporting mods, I'd say they'll work okay together, I've never been a huge fan or supporter of any gt-40 stuff or the 169.00 dolla' cam fan club, but the set up should be decent when compared to your budget constraint

if a later build is scheduled so be it, normally I like to do things once....but we all have to learn and learning often costs money, I wouldn't choose the anderson cam now or possibly even latter, map out the build on paper and set a goal and budget and see where that ends up

I just threw in a pair of GT-40's and Cobra Intake onto my 95GT last week. I kept the stock cam for mpg, driveabilty and it's low end torque. And even with the 3.08's the car pulls nicely, much better than before. But, it's nothing compared to my Trickflow setup. But, the GT-40 setup is a nice budget minded setup. And the TFS-1 cam is a great cam. It sounds good and has a nice power curve. Plus it works well with boost.
