91 Timing

Can someone tell me what the stock timing is for a 91 5.0 with an automatic? And also where is the plug that needs to be unplugged so the computer wont advance the timing?

the spout is located at the dizzy, its the part hanging from the wire harness that goes to the dizzy. the stock timing is 10°.
