i have a pro 5.0 shifter laying around and i dont remember what tranny it goes to.... any help on how i could find out... i9s there serial numbers or different styles

there really doesnt seem to be alot of visual differences... i just dont want to put it in the car and it seems to fit and then my tranny blows a gear

you got a pic of it.and i looked on some websites and they have a laser etching in them saying what trans they fit.idk if they actually do or not though

You'll find it, it's written big and on top of the shifter. Very obvious.
