Well i think they are off because someone re wired them wrong and messed up the firing order. Or something is just bad in the that deals with the spark and makes it run like that like others have said.. Once you get a complete tune up done then tell us how it runs. Also another good idea would be to look online or something and find the stock firing order for your motor if it is the stock 5.0 engine with mods... If its a diffrent motor then dont do that.

Yea, firing order could just be your only problemo, so check it and again check the timing to be set at 10 degrees BTDC for stock and 12 degrees BTDC for more ooomph.

not sure if it's fixed yet, but the timing IS, on the 5.0 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8.....i am looking at the hayne's manual right now ( i wasn't completely sure) Good Luck!</P>
