starter problems

i'm having issues with the starter after covetring my 91gt to a t5. as soon as i conect the battery cable the starter engages but does not crank. afterter it starts the starter continues to run.

the starter solenoid is probably stuck try hitting it with a hammer or something and see if it stops well tap it with a hammer don't destroy it lol

i'm wondering if my solenoid is wired incorectly? large starter wire on one post everything else is on the other

the one from your battery needs to connect to one post that has all the other little wires on it and then on the other post it needs to have just the wire that runs to the starter and nothing else should be on it
