Is your #1 cylinder at TDC on the compression stroke? I'm betting your dizzy is 180* off

Hummm...

Can you describe any other symptoms? Does it even try to fire (backfire or otherwise)?

If you had read my post you would have saw that I stated it wont even backfire off ether or try to fire at all, its not timing, and not spark and not fuel, all has been ruled out.

Sorry that my reading comprehension wasn't up to your standard...

...since "all has been ruled out"...

...good luck!

i used noid lights on the injectors, the plugs i had to dry out overnight due to being wet, as well as turning the motor over several times with pump unplugged to make sure no gas was in there while it was sitting overnight, turned it over by hand Clockwise with #1 plug out til pressure came out and stopped at timing mark oac /tdc dropped distributer down lined base of distributor mark up to block mark and the rotor is pointing to #1 on cap as well as the front intake bolt, all is good there, not 180 out or any of that, not my first rodeo on finding tdc, has spark from coil and from plugs, everythings plugged in, could this be a ground problem? iac? egr?

Im curious to know a bit more about the 93 block you used, like how much do you know about the engine ? Did you ever see the 93 run? You have fuel , and you have spark OK I got that much You know for sure your in time? Possibly the harmonic balancer has worn out and the outer ring indexed way off? Have you done a compression check on the engine? Cause If your in time and have fuel spark and compression it will at least try to start. No the egr will cause a no start, nor will th iac.

Yea it likely would , but with out a little history of the 93 Its hard to say. with spark , fuel and compression it should fire off a bit, unless he is missing comp, Orrrrrr the coil is just too weak to burn the fuel.....
