Having problems w my fuel pump relay..it chatters but wont hold..I want to find the eec relay .it's a 90 any help would be cool thanks

 

Try jumping the relay,To see if its the fuel pump relay?

That's where it was but its not that either..ugh damn electrical bs..the fuel pump relay was wanting to pull in but was jus chattering n had already jumped it out from the battery n it pulled in fine.same w the eec relay..so I figured id see if the ground to the relay was the problem and it was...only thing is the fuel pump doesn't prime n shut off when u turn the key on it jus keeps running n wont start when I turn it over like its not getting any fuel..I checked for spark n that's all good but wondering if maybe the injectors aren't getting power idk im stumped..I have the schematic from Haynes manual n traced the ground it goes back to the computer in passenger kick panel..I checked continuity from fuel pump relay back to computer n it was good..wtf idk anymore

Sorry for the late response ..workin crazy hours..but I checked out that link n I gotta say its the most helpful thing when trying to troubleshoot this bs..I jus went to advanced n ordered both stator n the tfi ..having a little trouble getting the stator out though...how do I get it off of the shaft?..once again thanks for the link joel very useful s*it
