I have a 90 lx car has 30lb injectors 70mm exhaust.car will not idle and seems to be running too rich.Can mass air be calibrated or do I need to put a cam in.what do I need to do to make these injectors work?????

Welcome to the board!
Other than the mods you mentioned, I assume you have an otherwise stock 5.0 in the LX,
I wish I knew the answer, but solution lies in setting the injector operation curve to dump in less fuel where rich and more fuel where lean throughout the RPM bandwidth.
