Timing issues? Maybe? Newbie w/ Stangs
Hi Guys,
Look I am new to Mustangs and the forum so give me a break. I have removed canister in front passenger side lower bay area and also removed the hoses from pollution pump and capped them off, the 2 on the canister i connected together and adjusted my timing with the marks on the distributor. Well now it will idle & cycle 500-1000, 500-1000, you get the picture. Anyways I have learned a lot about the car and redone and fixed just about everything wrong with it. I also pulled codes and I came up with 81, 82, and 85, and once car has ran for a while it's a bitc h to get in gear sometimes. I had to put washers on the new clutch cable but something still acting weird, ANY HELP WOULD GREATLY BE APPRECIATED!! Thanks

One other thing is the guy before me put a BBK CAI and I have had the pollution pump out of the picture for a while. The problems started after slight distributor movement and canistor removal. What do you guys do with all the vacuum hoses? I know some need vacuum and some need pressure and vv once you driving.

Where are the vac lines located or connecting to or use to be connected too! You have to use a timing light and also remove the timing spout set to a degree between 10*-18* base and the ecm controls and runs the timing!
The vac lines can be plugged depending on there use and such!
