Thanks for all the help fellows, it was the filter plugged? I replaced the filter and tested pressure and it was fine. Tried driving car and now it is getting gas. Thanks

Im not sure if this is close to the problem, but our '85 GT is having a problem like that, only it is not as severe. You could be in need of some new carburater gaskets...
