Default Gauges Not working

I took out my gauge cluster to put white face gauges in....put it back in and the whole left side doesn't work (tach, volt, temp) What could be wrong? I also put in a dual a pillar pod with water temp (thats y the temp on the cluster doesn't work) and a/f ratio. Both are autometer ultralites. The a/f isn't working...how exactly do i hook up the signal wire? And the water temp barely goes above 100 even when i drive it a while. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated.
