Default volt problem

I have a 92 coupe 4cy swap car is running fair when I put a meter on the altanator it shows 14.5v all the way to the mega fuse then coming out of the fuse it shows 13.3 to the starter solnoid and the battery. When im on my way to work I run the head lights I'm just under 13v when I turn the defrost on it drops to just over 12v and it find my head lights at idle. I have tryed to eliminate the mags fuse and hook it straight to the solenoid but still only get 13.3 at the solenoid. I have 130amp 3g alternatori have an e-fan and two ten inch subwoofers no ac but planning on putting the ac back on it any help would be great.

I'd say there's probably something wrong with the wire, wouldn't you agree? That's a huge voltage drop over the course of a few inches of wiring.

When I take out the short wire from the fuse to the solenoid and put the Long wire from the alternatorit still shows 13.5 at the solenoid could it be that something is pulling power all the time and that is why its like that
