Default Building my AOD

Planned on getting a manual valve body for my 87 5.0 with the aod. Was wondering, which MVB is best?

And is there any difficulty installing them?

You just want a shift kit transgo... Or a PA vlv body but there isnt any full mans for the aod or e that I have seen. But that alone isnt building just mods!

go lentech or don't bother. but consider a new trans from lentech. a manual valve body alone will gain you squat on such a weak inferior trans. you need a stall converter, valve body, syn oil, "a" servo, wider od band...lots of stuff

fyi 3000 stall converter minimum !!!! or leave it stock too

Well unless he is blessed with 4k unlike myself and others he can build a aod just as lentch does cheaper (if he can do it). Bout 900 in parts!
