When accel hard they keep the front from twisting alot. This also helps the back tires stay a little more level helping a little with traction when accelerating.

Corning they help more. Keeps the car's front from twisting differently from the car's rear. This helps distribute the tires grip better.

I just ordered mine. Yes they strengthen the car making it less prone to flexing.

car twisting. thats why i said a while ago look to see how the hatch lines up. honestly i wouldnt launch on any kind of sticky tire without subframes after what i seen with my car. each day i look at it i see things that were caused from having suspension, gears and stall and no subs.

I drag raced Mopars for 20+ years. As you may know these are unit-body cars like Mustangs.
I never saw one that didn't ET at least .10 better after frame ties where installed. You need to WELD these in as the bolt on jobs will only pull loose and end up being an ugly situation.....

They help keep the front and rear of the car aligned during hard acceleration and cornering. Uni-body construction means the front and back are separate pieces joined together. Subframes are much better welded than bolted and the flat pieces look nicer than the round bars IMO.
