roller cam??? will an x303 cam fit
ok i have a stock 92 w 5.0 will i have to change pistons to fit this ford racing cam p# M-6250-X303 it says you may have to add clearance to valve reliefs in pistons if thats the case then ill go with new pistons or a different cam

Not usually, but you always need to check. You do need to change/upgrade valve springs, retainers, determine correct pushrods length, etc. What heads are you using?

e7 heads i got new valve springs & all that i just didn't know if i wanted to tear into the bottom end

Your gonna have to check the PTV cleareance, and if you got stock valve springs, you need to sell those and get some stronger ones. The e7's springs are barely rated to .500 lift. Get your self some comp cams springs or trickflows. But be careful with the trickflows.

i just wanted to know if any body has done this before without having to change piston or clearance them
i don't really want to tear into the bottom end
I already know i gotta use new valve springs

I've seen this swap done at least 50 times with No fitment issues.
Thought it read E cam. Couldn't tell you on the X cam
