suction problem

Default suction problem

i have a problem with my car right (1990 Notch v8, automatic) now and i can't figure it out... when i pull off my oil cap while car is running it just dies. but if i put my hand over where the cap goes i can feel air getting sucked in. any idea's what can cause this?

or mabey one of the valves are stuck open, because they do get gumbed some times, or a pcv hose....i just don't know
