With a 0-60 time of 4.5 seconds you gotta be putting down way more power than that.
I would like to know what he is using to time a 0-60 run, and please don't say G-Tech those are junk and are spotty as far as how accurite they are.

Check for vacumn leaks with a good gauge. Don't take much to lose a lot. Also check compression.
If you did the 0-60 thing like you said, car is making power.
Best dyno I know of is the dragstrip and then use the calculators to come with HP.

For ultimate dyno proof, take it to a Dynapack dyno. You simply adjust the gear number in the computer in realtime so the dyno rpm readout matches the tachometer. It reads torque directly. Not really worth the trouble, though. It still does seem low. By your mod list I can't tell if you have full exhaust or just mufflers and headers, etc. Full catless exhaust should help if that's the case.
Nice setup, BTW.
I used to own a tune shop and I can say that they may have the setup wrong. The curves look right, though. It definitely needs some more top end flow stuff, I'd say. Blow up your A/F numbers on your computer. They should all stay within 0.5 points from pull to pull and that's still a loose tolerance. Any more and it probably has some issues, IMHO.

well the ran the car in 3rd gear not 4th they should bc the the cars top speed was 120 at 6500 rpms and i know for a fact bc i have done it that the car goes faster then that in 4th gear i was driving 120 at 4000 in 4th. so the guy drove the car in the wrong gear. i thought 4th was the 1 to 1 ratio but i got another guy to take the car that that just works on mustangs so they will know what they are doing

Thats your answer right there, the wrong gear will show a lower hp.
