Sounds like a possible vacuum leak. Have you checked to make sure you have all the vacuum lines hooked up?

There all hooked up but when I was pulling the vacuum line off of the fuel pressure regulator that goes into the upper intake it snapped so I tried to use a different hose on it but still no luck. And what's weird is the antifreeze is over the full hot mark on the tank and I never added anything

it sounds like a vacuum leak to me too. but maybe more or less around the intake itself. check to see of the intake gasket was messed up when you re-bolted everything back together. or that all the plugs were plugged back up/ could be something small and overlooked like a tps sensor.

I did the same thing you did and the Fuel PVC line was disconnected. This goes on the lower intake toward the firewall. make sure you bolted your upper and lower intake to the proper specs in and sequence. torque specs vary depending on your vehicle year.

the torque specs should be any where between 20-25 lbs on both lower and upper.
