Default Timing

what is the proper timing or stock timing should be set at?
92' 5.0 Ive heard people say all kinds of degrees.
10-12-even 8 degrees advance what are your thoughts?
I do believe mines at 8' only have a throttle body and intake no chips or super mods.

10 is stock.. you can get away with more though if you start using premium.. I ran 14 when I had mine NA.. Know a few cats who run 16.. Start with 10 though and see how it feels.

i have mine at 16* but running 93 octane all the time with octane booster from time to time. it runs pretty good compared to 14*. once you increase timing you won't want to go back to base timing cuz you will feel the difference.
