Is there a transmission sensor on my 1995 5.0L automatic transmission mustang?

Thank you. It is shifting out of gear at all speeds but most often out of overdrive in highway driving. Happens at an almost predictable time.

The computer controls the shift points on that trans. It looks at data input from rpm speed and throttle position. The computer then operates the shift solenoids located inside of the trans. Is the trans shifting completly out of gear like into nuetral or is it downshifting or switch shifting in and out of 3rd and 4rth?
