everybody loves pics, so heres some pics with questions:

i bought a gasket kit that is supposed to have all the gaskets i need.

ok, so the one on the left id the for the timing cover, i think i got that right. whats the one on the right for? (sorry the pics are so big)


the gasket on the left is the old one off the bottom of the timing cover. the three on the right are new. however, the two in the middle appear to be the same, while the one on the right is more rubbery and flexible, and a tad bit bigger than the others. are they just extra? or are they slightly different for different years?



are these oil pan gaskets? gotta be i think. why is there 4 though? just extras again?

you bought a generic kit that probably covers from 69-95 so the different seals/gaskets will work on slight changes through out the years.
