It had it when I bought it but anyway it's got full ignition upgrade to MSD BBK long tubes and 70 mm throttle body full performance exhaust I'm sure I'm forgetting something but anyway I found out that it IS a SCT chip and I just bought the free tunes for life package so I can send it in and have BAMA reprogram it as I add mods

Chip or tune not needed, as long as your car is maintained properly. The stock ECM does a great job at keeping an eye on the motor. Not perfect, but very close.

Is your car showing some driveability issues or just not running right ?

Well don there's $150 down the drain lol but anyway it ran pretty good till today I swapped the stock belt for a 82.7" belt to do away with smog pump and a/c but now it has a rough idle and sounds almost like its cammed could deleting the smog pump have something to do with that? (That was my first thought) I was planning on throwing the old belt back on tomorrow to see if it would stop idling rough

Accessories and belts should have no real affect on how your motor runs/idles.

I'd look for a vacuum leak from a cracked/broken hose that might have inadvertently happened when said accessories were removed. If that all checks good, pull codes to see if they point you in the right direction.

Keep is posted on what you find.
