Default 94 Gt Convertible Need Help

Hello all...I bought this 94GT convertible from a woman who's husband was a junkie and who has butchered this car. My new problem is trying to figure out why the passenger mirror and passenger window and power locks dont work. When checking the fuses I found a white box that is burned can anyone tell me what it is and controls. And does the interior wiring harness break down into sections. Will try to post a picture. Thanks for the help94 Gt Convertible Need Help-box-bolted-to-fuse-box.jpg

Egads look at that rust, your facing some electrical night mares, that car has been either leaking or left with the top down during the rain quite often.

But that box is the cruise control module I believe.

thanks..the top was destroyed by her junkie husband and instead of putting a tarp or putting it in a garage they put a shipping blanket over the car. I have already stripped the complete interior.

I have already come to the reality that I will not be finished the work on the car when I thought I would. I am going to pull the dash and change it to one that I want to match the rest of the interior parts I already bought. There is a lot of rust and with the burned cruise control module if that's what it is. If I find the harness how hard will it be to replace and will the entire harness have to be changed. The only interior parts left in the car now is the dash. Thanks for the help.

Once the dash is out of the car, and the carpet the harness should not be to hard to change. I would change every single bit of the interior harness, just because you can obviously see that the car was exposed to the rain a lot and most likely there is a lot of corrosion in all of the electrical plugs. My guess is that the corrosion is so bad that its probly shorting out some of the electronics in the car.
