junkyard way (will also convert to disc brakes on all 4s!!!! and improve steering and offer many more brake option for much cheaper!!!!)- 2 pre-91 drivers side ford ranger (w/ 7.5" axle) axles, front spindles (and all brake stuff) off of 94/95 mustang, 94/95 master cylinder, take rear disc brake assembly off of 94/95 stang, either make a bracket or buy a bracket to make the calipers line up, do some brake line work, and u have 5 lugs and upgraded brakes and steering!

or an easier way- http://www.stangnet.com/tech/lug.html

Yeah the 18x9 wheels will fit. I am running 245/45/18 and my car is lowered a inch and a half. I am selling my wheels if interested....its time for some welds. they are 18' chrome saleens with bf drag radials on the rear, and brand new tires on the front. I also have like new street tires for the rear. 1000 bucks takes it all.
