steel is better if you drive it dailey aluminum will wear out faster

if you're going to get a s/c or turbo don't worry bout it

the aluminum is a little lighter, so it will rev a tiny bit faster.

the steel ones are good too.
I guess it is all in how much money you want to spend.
I dont think there will be much of a difference though. not speaking from experience though, I have steel pulleys.
I would rather use the extra $120 for other things.

the difference is about 20 bucks and color... weight difference is so minimal that i wouldn't worry about that.

Wear out???? Has anyone here ever "wore out" their crank pully????

It is lighter, but big whoop, that has .00000000000000001% impact on the engine. The under sized radius will help you rev quicker, and extend the life of your accessories.

My aluminum pulley on the water pump fell into two pieces one day; the belt kind if sanded it down gradually until it fell into a hub and ring. If they offered steel, I'd go for that (but I drive a lot, probably put 100k on it). If you already got the aluminum one, just keep a watch on it.
