Default miss/hesitation problem

Lately my car has a bad miss/stuttering problem that is terrible when it hasnt fully warmed up. Its to the point that my car will barely continue to accelerate. it'll bucks slightly and it sounds like a low popping noise in my exhaust. When it has warmed up it still seems like there is a very slight miss still. I have changed the plugs & wires, fuel filter, checked timing, cap & rotor, checked tps with no luck at fixing this issue. Anyone else have this problem or have any idea what I might need to look into next...thanks
