My mustang is currently to front heavy you could say. When I try and burn out all i get is high rpms. I dont even leaven rubber on the pavement. What are some things I can do to get more weight in the back?

actually, have you tried mounting the battery in the Trunk? That'll help balance things out a bit. They make kits for "batter relocation kits" to do this.

Nah, but seriously, do a trunk mount batter kit. It will help a little bit. Also, you should try to lighten up your front end. Did you ever consider doing suspension? You can loose alot of weight up front by going tubular. Remove AC? Power Steering? Fiberglass hood? Aluminum block/heads ?
