i don't want it to run all the time. whats the best option? i want it to run only at 30 mph or less. how can i do that?

You should want it to run by the temp not the MPH.

been there. done that. want to be a little different. the air temp stays cool around here so i won't have any cooling problems.

The only two options you have are to run a thermostatic switch and or run it off a toggle switch.Im not sure why you want to be different in that area but if you come up with a way to monitor your speeds and kick them on drop a thread im curious as to how you would do it.But i still wouldnt run it by speeds even if you could

have fun finding a way for it to monitor speeds. your best bet is to do it manually. if not get a VSC. that controls fans to come on by temp

you could do it off engine speed using a crank trigger system...
can do I have to alway be the creative one*L*
