im lookin for new headers since the stock ones really hold back on top end performance. i want somethin simple that flows well and will bolt up to the stock exhaust, any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

what kind of car do you have? Im guessing its a fox... You can go with a nice set of MAC or BBK's. But theres really no point of putting headers on the car w/ a stock mid pipe and catback. Its going to be open flow and than lots of restriction after the headers. It will be fine if you just dont have the money now or something for a full exhaust but if you just keep the headers and thats it I wouldnt even bother.

I'd do the same headers that I have, MAC unequal length shorties, they were 160 bucks shipped from brenspeed.com, comes with gaskets and new header bolts. Even though they don't have a single flange I have had no troubles what so ever with them. I would also look into a mid pipe (h or x pipe with cats or w/o cats) 2.5" (brenspeed also sells those) they are about 130 bucks. Comes out to be about 290 bucks and then save up another 300-400 for the 2.5" catback of your preference.

Hey,

I can offer you a set of Flowtech shorty headers for $164.99 to your door. They're on sale right now, normal price $184.99. They come with 1'5/8" tubes and everything needed for an easy installation. You can find them here: 86-93 Flowtech Shorty Headers

Let me know if you have any questions or if you need anything else.
