Hey guys, I wanted to run 315's on my 95 stang this summer. The car is in the garage and right now Im rebuilding the engine and I was wondering what I need to get done to the car to run 315s. Money is no object, it will come with time, and time I have plenty of.

 

you might need to tub the wheelwells.
I saw some 295's with control arms and no quad shock.
but he said it rubbed when turning sometimes.

 

I think they'll fit. The exhaust pipe may comes close to rubbing. Watch that.
I have 285's on 18x10's, but they are deep dish rims (offset is 22).
There is still tons of room left though.
I may shoot for 305's next set of rear tires.

 

315's fit on my friends 99.... so idk

i wanted to run 315/30/18 rears and 255/44/17 fronts on 17x9 and 18x10 wheels

 

whats the widest you can fit without any modification to a 95 cobra? 17x10.5 rims on back.

 

The wheelwells are bigger.

 

Are the wheelwells the same size on all SN-95s? Im on a 95 GT, so it changes things around a biut. I want 315s in the back, and something around 255 in the front.

 

yeah i want 315's on the back of my 95 cobra too but will it fit without any mods to fender or anything? Also where can i find any tires wider then 275's? i searched everywhere and cant find them.... where can i find 295' 305's or 315's? any websites would be great, thanks.

some 315 tires from tire rack

u will need a 10.5" wide rim for 315s. i know mustangtuning.com has wheels that wide. i would contact them about what u need in order to get im in, if it is possible
