Default Engine will not idle

This weekend we built my new 347 stroker for my 95 Mustang GT. SCAT 4340 Crank, H-rods, Probe Pistons, Holley Systemax2 Upper, Trick Flow TW heads, Trick Flow Stage 2 CAM, BBk equal length headers, 24# injectors, 70 MM Throttlebody. The rest of the rest of the engine is pretty much the stock '95 stuff. We did put a Cobra Mass Air sensor on it
It started right up with NO LEAKS!!! We ran it for about 20 Minutes at 2K to break in the cam and rings.

When we let it try to seek idle, it just stalled. It was necessary to keep some pedel in it, or it would just stall.

I've been told that the I need a new Mass Air meter, from a 95 cobra for the 24# injectors, and an idle position senser because of the larger injectors and throttlebody.

Any thoughts on keeping this thing running??

is it idling up and down if thats the case its surging and u prolly need to get a chip burned for it to fix the that problem cause the 94-95 computers don't like big cams and i noticed u have the stage 2 so i am pretty sure thats what it is

if you dont have a maf calibrated for 24lb injectors that is a big part of the problem.

We pulled the Mass air off of a 94 Cobra. That should have been calibrated for 24# injectors.

wrong, cobra mass air meters are not just calibrated for the 24# injectors, the cobra computers are too, if you use a cobra maf you need a cobra computer for it to work properly.

you will need a maf calibrated for 24# injectors.
c&l are good because if you need to change injector size you can just get a new sample tube instead of a new maf.

The Cobra MAF isn't calibrated to 24#???? So I need a new computer or reprogram regardless of which MAF I get? Are there MAF units calibrated to 24# that will work with the GT computer???

We repaired a couple of vacuum hoses that were likely leaking and found that the the plugs were fouled, so we changed those out. It now acts like it is seeking at idle for a little bit, but then it just stalls. When driving, it stalls when decelerating to a stop.
I need some ideas please. Do I need to reprogram the computer for all of the mods?
