looking for a 5.0

RE: looking for a 5.0
you talking about a car or an engine. That question is so generalized it's imposible to answer. Ive seen fixer-upper stangs for $800 and I've seen 93 cobra's for $30000 and ever $40000 for a cobra R. Plus everything inbetween.

I picked mine up for $1500. I would stay away from anything under $3000. If the owner knows they can get more than that, chances are its a piece. I've found pretty decent fox bodies for 4000-5000 that don't need anything.

3000$ is average for a 5.0 that runs but is in need of minor repairs. these cars are used and abused, there fun to drive and people do just that so be prepared to shell out some cash for repairs on worn out parts. i've replaced just about everything possible on mine. don't really care though love my car more than just about anything.(i guess thats pretty shallow right?)
